Mission

Who we are

We're the student company of Paschal Theatre, the people who run the program when the curtain is down. We organize the summer trips, the parades, the costumes nobody else thought to make, and the post-show celebrations that turn cast lists into class photos. We're stewards: each generation of Vagabonds inherits the program from the one before and hands it off to the one after. We're not auditioned, we're elected, we volunteer, we show up. If you love theatre enough to keep showing up after the bow, you belong here.

What we do

The 2025/2026 activities

    Summer 2025

    01

    A week of Broadway, workshops, and walking. Twelve Vagabonds, six shows, one rooftop singalong at the end. The trip every officer plans for the next class.

    We march every Independence Day in the Ryan Place neighborhood parade. Theater kids wave from a flatbed, hand out candy, and sing through a megaphone. The neighbors wave back.

    Service Saturday

    Once a month, the Vagabonds spend a Saturday on a service project. Food pantry shifts, costume drives, set strikes for younger schools. We show up where the program can show up.

    End of every run

    When the lights come down on closing night, the Vagabonds run strike. Sets disassembled, props inventoried, costumes laundered. The room is empty by midnight. We're already planning the next one.

    The last gathering of the year. New officers introduced, graduating seniors honored, the year remembered. Held in the Miriam Todd Theatre lobby with cast lists from the season pinned to the walls.
